Recipe: Bananas, Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Directions
Rolled Oats, Greek Yogurt, Vanilla Almond Milk and Peanut Butter 
 Bananas, (Semi-Sweet) Chocolate/Butterscotch Chips and Vanilla Extract

Mix well, add toppings and put it in the fridge overnight!


Recipe: Bananas, Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

This meal can be prepared 3-4 at a time on a Sunday night in order to have breakfast ready for the beginning of the week. Perfect for those early morning classes or workdays when you need something quick, healthy and filling on a busy day. I added a teaspoon of cinnamon on top and ate one of them cold and one of them hot. Both taste great but the melted chocolate chips and peanut butter was a really good combination! 

The best part about this "Chunky Monkey Twist" recipe is it tastes like a cheat meal but is still pretty healthy!
